How do I learn the art of business management?

Learn it in two parts:

1. Vision deployment: Business should ideally be started by a person with intense core value driving to a vision that they clearly see. It means that with that core value they can make a change in the world. The vision is about an experience that a lot of people would go through due to the activities or delivery of the business.

2. Operations management: Once the institution is started, the delivey operation needs to be managed well. It is about people and tasks. Good leadership skills in both areas results in good management.

It is both an art and craft. It starts as a art to build a craft. As it becomes an institution, the art will be within the craft.
