Introduction
Mr Ajayaraj launched his career with his own start up named TyreCare in the year 1989 in Kerala, India. In a period when market was credit driven and following sub-standard methods, he established highly standardized practices and gained brand recognition. He succeeded in bringing the enterprise to 1 Million INR turnover. He learnt the basic principle from his venture that if your Value and Vision are the driving factors, Growth and Profits will follow.

DD Associates Training Solutions, Pune 1999 - 2003
Transformed a person driven Training Consultancy into a large team, national implementation agency within 3 years. With Clients as Tata Motors, Mercedes Benz, Bajaj Tempo, Bank of Maharashtra, etc. There was high focus on design of programs with pre-tests, post-tests, presentations, workbooks, etc.

Tata Motors to make Indica B segment Topper:
Tata Motors PCD mission was about making Tata Indica the B-segment topper. Here is where we proved that being topper is about strategy deployment and not really about being the best quality or best brand.

Hindustan Motors (Red Line for Mitsubishi Lancer) to win JD Power Customer Satisfaction Surveys:
HM consulted and retained DDATS for winning JD Power Customer Satisfaction Survey rankings. We did full scale strategy deployment and finally won the rankings consecutively for two years. This again with age old dealerships, with inherent problems in a fight against international brands.

Mercedes Benz India Ltd to build warmth in the climate of organisation:
With the brand and quality benchmarks, they needed process lab interventions to build warmth in the climate of the organization. We were engaged for Outbound training for the top team from MD and board members up to AGM level. It was rated very high. There I also specialized in security and safety arrangements while doing a high end OB program.

Bank of Maharashtra, Mumbai & Pune Regions to get customer oriented:
In a market where the new gen banks where massively taking away clients, and conventional banks felt the new gen banks where flouting banking norms to gain customers, we were brought in build the right perspectives, upskill them on customer handling, concern handling and banking operations management. Conceptualization of DEFOG 2004 to 2005

Mr Ajayaraj, conceptualized the Design of DEFOG as an architecture for enterprise modelling between the years 2004 and 2005 . The idea was conceived from the convergence of learning from micro entrepreneurship and strategy deployment practices of global corporates. During this period, some trials of the model were run with few clients. Later he joined hands with a partner to travel further.

Training Workz 2005 to 2009

Mr Ajayaraj along with Mr. G Balagopal Co- Founded Training Workz in the year 2005. He was also the chief consultant at Training Workz. TW used DEFOG architecture to help MSMEs to design their enterprise and plan better success. Several micro and small organizations could grow with profitability using our solutions.

As a 100+ Cr Govt company, our testing ground as a new agency was Western Region with Mumbai HQ. It was the worst region and mission was to make it the best in terms of revenue and system indicators. This was achieved in 1 year time with a new team, new distribution structure.
