In changing times, the organisation has to be like an organism that reforms itself according to the environment. This can be coded into the basic culture and climate of the organization, so that it takes care of itself.

Founder & Chief Consultant of DEFOG Growth Consulting, Mr. Ajayaraj has brought about systematic growth in many organizations in the last 3 decades.He is a concept leader in developmental management with 30 years of overall experience as Entrepreneur, Management consultant & CEO. He has Industry exposure in business process design and deployment in many industries such as Automotive, Banking, Software, Chemicals, Health care, Media and Real Estate.

As the chief consultant, he helps to conceptualise and visualize, entire strategic business content right from sales to engagement to execution. Also he ensures and recommends buy-in of key leaders and opinion makers including trade unions to the overall growth plan and system building and engages specialist consultants to augment leadership capability.

He has Intense natural inclination for creating enterprise success through development of people and processes. Also he is Specialised in vision implementation through translation to concept modelling.

The logo is a D and G with arrows going deep into the ground and up into the sky.
The D, which represents Development in DEFOG approach finally results in refining and reinforcing the organisational foundation as follows:

Sales Organisation transformation
Turned around the western region of Consumer Business Division of an Indian Corporate.
Transformed the region from worst to best in one year time, business growth target achieved, process review system installed, distribution channel reduced from 3 tier to 2 tier, etc. Now an INR 1000 Cr firm.
Break even to 10% NP
Indo Japanese firm
They forward integrated into gelatin manufacturing and ran at Break even for 7 years. We set the goal as realising 10% NP in 3 years in WIWA phase. Through GRIP 468 initiatives were projectised and in ATMA phase content was built. Through LEAP phase the team and systems were tuned on content to win and finally the goal was achieved in time.
